Water Splash Barriers Brush

Water splashes onto the dipping line’s chains and bearings—components that are sensitive to moisture exposure. Even small amounts of water can lead to premature rusting and mechanical degradation. A simple flat brush can be strategically installed as a barrier or seal to hinder water from coming into contact with these critical metal components.

Flat brushes serve as static water splash guards in glove dipping lines, particularly in the former washing area where moisture levels are high. In this stage, excess water from former cleaning can splash onto surrounding mechanical components like chains, bearings, and structural steel parts. Without protection, prolonged exposure to moisture can accelerate rusting, lead to bearing failure, and contribute to unplanned stoppages.

By installing flat brushes as splash barriers, glove manufacturers can create a physical curtain that blocks water droplets from reaching sensitive machine zones. These brushes are especially useful in older or open-style lines where splash containment is difficult.
