Glove Auto-Layering / Stacking Brushes
The glove packaging cycle is one of the most automated stages of the glove dipping line. The invention of the glove auto-layering machine marked a breakthrough—these machines carefully grab gloves that are dangling from the former (post-stripping) and layer them flatly and neatly onto a conveyor belt for final packing.
Traditionally, this system relied on PU rollers. However, as dipping lines increase in speed and gloves become stickier, PU rollers can lose their grip, leading to misalignment or glove damage.
This led to the innovation of our Glove Auto Layering Brush, also known as the Auto Stacking Glove Brush. Designed to replace PU rollers, these brushes provide improved grip, alignment, and consistency during the stacking process. Built using a semi-circular or half-moon roller format, they harness the natural flexibility of brush filaments to handle gloves more gently and reliably—especially in high-speed, high-volume lines.
